Kaleigh Baker

Hailing from a small valley in Western New York, Kaleigh Baker has risen to Central Florida prominence as a jazzy, blues-rock powerhouse. Her chill-inducing growl and ear-shattering range come drenched in Jack Daniel’s swagger: 'Her vocals dip into a low and resounding molasses-slow croon with as much ease as they ascend to ceiling-skimming heights...'(Creative Loafing). With a snarl on her lip and poise in her lungs, Kaleigh Baker serenades audiences wherever she goes. She has devoted the last few years to vigorous gigging, building an extensive underground following. Her favorite duo partner is Nate Anderson (Tenor, Soprano sax and flute) which together creates a brilliant night of music. Currently, Baker is prepping the release of her debut EP with producer/musician Justin Beckler (whose credits also include regional heavy weights Thomas Wynn, Matt Butcher, Amy Steinberg and Andy Matchett).

Phlying Saucer

Phlying Saucer is an American rock band based in Los Angeles, California. They formed in the summer of 2010 when lead singer Phil McDonald and drummer Lydell Valdriz met Evan Brass (bass) and Chris Miranda (guitar). Sparks flew when they all realized that they had a love for the same kind of music - fun, melodic, powerful rock and roll intertwined with tight vocal and guitar harmonies - a genre that seemed to be dead amongst the legions of metal bands and emo-hipsters crowding the Hollywood music scene. Phlying Saucer's die-hard work ethic is their main driving force - they immediately started playing live shows along the Sunset Strip, booking places like the Viper Room, Whisky A Go Go and the Roxy all on their own steam. The band worked day and night recording their songs and putting the finishing touches on their "Runaway EP" until it was released in November of 2010. Phlying Saucer jumped head-first into 2011 with gigs all over the southwest, playing shows in San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix. With an already-busy calendar, they still made time to record a brand new EP titled "Pancakes" and released it on May 31st, 2011. On the heels of their latest work, the band is preparing to film a new music video, record more music, and plan tours to bring their special brand of rock to people all over the USA and beyond in 2011.
The Von Shakes

The Von Shakes are a Dublin Indie Rock & Roll band with a bit of a punk edge and a lot of furious guitar and hard pelting drums. Energy! Energy! Energy!! They’ve played in some of Dublin’s best venues such as The Button Factory, Whelans, The Sugar Club, The Village, Radio City and Vicar Street. With constant podium finishes in battle of the bands competitions the group are showing off their potential. Leading publications such as Ireland’s Hot Press have included them in consistent Unsigned Acts competitions and have tipped them as a force to be reckoned with. With their gloriously impassioned sound, great vocals and catchy lyrics, it’s no wonder the U.S has taken a liking to them. The Von Shakes are Patrick Brazel (vocals/guitar), Hugh O’Reilly (lead guitar), Cillian McSweeney (bass) and Aaron (Masty) Masterson (drums). After their recent residency at Arlene’s Grocery they can now add New York to their constantly growing devoted fan bass that extends to Germany, London and Russia. “Von Shakes are a Four-piece band from Dublin/Ireland [that has] a modern look and sound about them. [Out Of Order] has a nice rolling drum beat and the vocal has that rock star laid back tone; very catchy and commercial feel coming from the melody, cracking song. RANK: ****** 6 out of 6” Trevor Halpin - Music Review Unsigned. Check out the website at http://www.vonshakes.com
